What form do I need to fill out for an aviation static display?
DD Form 2535
What form do I need to fill out to request a flyover and/or an orientation flight?
DD Form 2535; Note: Section III of the form must be submitted to the FAA for approval before Community Relations can process.
What form do I need to fill out for a military vehicle static display?
DD Form 2536
What type of assets can the GA NG provide for my event?
The band, bugler support, static displays (i.e., HMMWV, LMTV, UH60L, C-130, etc.) flyovers, media flights, civic leader flights, color guard, and a keynote speaker.
What is not coordinated through COMMREL?
In addition to what you have listed…. funeral flyovers; Foreign Military/Dignitary/SPP flights; Federal Legislator/Staff member flights
