Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA)

PURPOSE:

​​​​​​​To facilitate the process of identifying, defining, and addressing diversity issues that affect the readiness of the Georgia Department of Defense; create an organizational culture where diversity is valued as a personnel readiness and combat multiplier tool.
 

VISION: 

Providing an organizational culture 'committed to ensuring that every member of the Georgia Department of Defense sees a pathway for themselves to the top.
 

MISSION STATEMENT:
