The Integrated Personnel and Pay System-Army (IPPS-A) is an online Human Resources (HR) system that will provide integrated personnel, pay and talent management capabilities in a single system to all Army Components for the first time. IPPS-A will improve the lives of Soldiers, and their Families, and how we interact with them by transforming our industrial age personnel systems to a 21st-century talent management system.

IPPS-A Training Resources
Training resources are provided for the ever-changing IPPS-A environment during its implementation. Training ranges from the Soldier to the HR professional.

HR Professionals, be the first to experience and learn how personnel actions take place within the new system. The following CAC enabled training site will walk you through how to accomplish the transactions within the upcomming release of IPPS-A. It will also allow you to perform the personnel actions inside a training environment.
