SAD T32 & T5 EMPLOYEE GUIDELINES

Key Info

The following guidelines are to assist National Guard T32/T5 employees with preparing or submitting timecards for their pay.

Things to Consider:
  • - Make sure your unit knows you are a technician when contacted for state active duty
  • - Make sure your technician employer knows your being activated for emergency duty.
  • - Do not lose out on your leave, follow the guidelines provided here.
  • - Guidelines can be reviewed in depth within the National Guard TPR, OPM handbooks, and other official policy.

T32 & T5 Workers Comp on SAD

Key Info

  • - When injured, follow your unit SOP for seeking immediate medical attention during emergency response
  • - Any Solider that is hurt and requires immediate medical attention, please inform your supervisor so he/she can call the incident into Workers Compensation
  • - Injuries must be correctly reported and documented at the time of injury to obtain workers compensation benefits

As soon as you are notified of a WC Injury that requires medical attention by your soldiers, call the claim into 1-800-900-1582. The WC Rep will provide you with a Claim number which needs to be written on all the forms the solider completes then send it marina.r.ramshur.nfg@mail.mil
